RN - Registered Nurse Ambulatory Care

Clinic Nurse‑RN – This role is a professional Registered Nurse responsible for facilitating the patient care flow in the clinic while providing direct patient care.

• Facilitate patient care flow in the clinic.
• Provide direct patient care.
• Conduct skilled nursing tasks including lab draws, injections, catheter changes, wound care, and diabetic foot/nail care.
• Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support physicians and the care team in delivering quality health care to patients, taking into account individual physical or age‑related needs.

• Associate's or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• Within 30 days of hire: 1 year of related experience in an ambulatory setting, preferably in a medical office.

• Full‑time position.
• Day shift:
  Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.
• Hiring bonus: $5,000 for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
• Additional compensation may be available: shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
