Job Description
This is a per diem/on call position, primarily needed on weekends during day shift at this time.
The RN Nurse Clinician provides holistic care to terminally ill pediatric or adult patients and their families by assessing the needs of the patient, and then planning, coordinating, implementing, and revising the Plan of Care. The RN Nurse Clinician works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary hospice group (IDG) to anticipate changes in the patient's condition, avoid crises, promote patient and family choice, ensure continuity of care, and enhance the quality of life of dying patients.
Required Qualifications- Associate's Degree Nursing Or
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Or equivalent education/experience
- Upon hire:
Washington Registered Nurse License - Within 30 days of hire:
Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 1 year Nursing experience; some pediatric nursing experience required for a position in the Pediatric Programs.
- Prior Hospice, Homecare, Long Term Care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience.

CompensationPay range: $39.67 - $61.58 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
