Neonatal Intensive Care Unit - NICU RN - Travel Nurse
We are seeking a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN for an immediate travel nursing opening in Spokane, WA. The position is a 9‑week assignment, requiring 36 hours per week with 12‑hour night shifts.

- Provide critical care to sick and premature infants, assisting the care team in 24/7 patient support.
- Monitor vital signs and initiate corrective action when necessary.
- Provide nutritional assessment and specialized feedings.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, start IVs, and provide arterial and intravenous therapy.
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment such as incubators and ventilators.
- Support parents with emotional encouragement and education on post‑discharge infant care.
- Stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods; lift 10‑20 pounds as needed.
- Adhere to safety protocols to avoid exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
- BLS, NRP, minimum 2 years recent acute care experience.
- Additional certifications may be required before assignment.
Pay package based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
