DaVita is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse who is looking to give life in an outpatient dialysis center. - No dialysis experience is required.
- Training may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your assigned home clinic.
- Float to various facilities during and after your training.
- Must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Build meaningful and long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
- Be part of a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment.
- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple comorbidities requiring unique treatment plans and the ability to leverage a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast‑paced environment.
- Current LPN‑LVN license in the state of practice required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- IV certification required if required by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed training program approved by the medical director and the governing body as required by CMS guidelines prior to operating the water treatment system.
- BONENT or CHT certification preferred or as required by state regulation.
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook required; functional proficiency in DaVita’s computer systems within 90 days of hire required.

Wage range for the role is $26.00–$37.00 per hour. Licensed Practical Nurse ICHD Resident: $26.00–$27.50 per hour.
Washington Exempt: $80,168.40 per year. Washington Non‑exempt wage details vary by location (e.g., Bellingham $19.13/hour, Burien $21.63/hour, Everette $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County $20.82/hour, Renton $21.57/hour, Seattle $21.30/hour, Tukwila $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state $17.13/hour).
