Role Overview:
Responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring patient care quality, and aligning with organizational values and goals. The RN House Supervisor manages staff, coordinates patient services, and maintains compliance with healthcare standards.

• Supervise nursing staff and patient care activities
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate patient services and facilitate communication among departments
• Manage staffing, resources, and operational workflow
• Incorporate organizational mission and values into daily duties

• Valid RN license in WA
• Minimum 2 years recent RN experience, with at least 1 year in House Supervisor role
• Current Basic Life Support certification
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
