Role
Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility.
ResponsibilitiesProvide quality nursing care to patients, assess patient needs, develop and revise care plans, and deliver services to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, ensuring compliance with laws and standards. Foster positive patient interactions and collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
QualificationsNursing diploma (associate's or bachelor's), active RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and preferably at least one year of skilled nursing experience.
SkillsExcellent customer service, positive attitude, strong reasoning and judgment, and effective communication within a team.
Key DutiesImplement departmental policies, provide clinical supervision, and ensure high-quality patient care aligned with standards and regulations.
