Position OverviewOn Call Night Shift RN – responsible for providing quality health care services to all clients, including assessing somatic conditions, determining medical needs, collaborating with team members to establish treatment protocols, and fostering a positive group environment for effective treatment.
CompensationNew hires typically start between $38.52 and $51.35 per hour, depending on location, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.

The RN is responsible for:
- Providing quality health care services to all clients.
- Assessing somatic conditions and medical needs.
- Communicating with team members to determine appropriate treatment protocols.
- Creating a favorable group climate for effective treatment.
- Registered Nurse in Washington with a current Washington State RN license in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years registered nursing experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with and work with outside agencies.
- BSN degree.
- Mental health & chemical dependency experience.
- Experience with electronic charting.
- Knowledge of local resources and services for individuals who are homeless or low-income and those with chronic behavioral health challenges or histories of involvement in the legal system.
- Mental Health Professional per WAC .
- Experience in the direct treatment of persons who have a mental illness or who are emotionally disturbed, experience gained under the supervision of a mental health professional per RCW 71.34.020.
