Position: RN - Ambulatory Nurse Supervisor - Walk In Clinic - Full Time

Overview

The Supervisor Clinic RN role provides daily operational support to the medical and clinical staff under the direction of the Practice Manager. The Supervisor Clinic RN leads, mentors, and provides guidance and training as needed, and champions system, local, and clinic-specific quality initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, coordinate, and control nursing care and services for patients.
  • Supervise clinical staff, ensuring adherence to standards of care.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to staff.
  • Act as champion for quality improvement initiatives within the clinic and system.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Minimum of 3 years of RN nursing experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – BSN preferred.
  • Ability to learn and use electronic medical records software.
Compensation

Minimum and maximum wage rates are posted for this position. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
