Nurse Manager – Home Infusion Pharmacy – Spokane, Washington
ScheduleFull Time / Day Shift
LocationSpokane, Washington
Pay Range$53.70 - $84.78 (base pay; additional compensation may be available)
Responsibilities- Implements and administers the policies and procedures of the Home Infusion Department.
- Supervises employees and coordinates interdisciplinary care for patients in the home.
- Determines staffing needs, assigns staffing, and ensures meeting productivity and staffing continuity standards.
- Participates in the development of department policies, procedures and quality management plan.
- Upholds standards of confidentiality, attendance and punctuality.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a health‑care related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- At least 4 years of Home Infusion experience.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Washington Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse license upon hire.
- Driving may be necessary; must provide proof of driver license and auto insurance.
- Compliance with all state laws and requirements for driving.
