RN - TELE

Day shift: 3x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, with weekend rotations every other weekend.

We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse (TELE RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a neurology unit, specializing in various neurology diagnoses and neurosurgery patients. The role involves floating between units as needed and managing patient care efficiently.

• Administer care to patients using the NIH Stroke Scale.
• Monitor and assess patients with neurological conditions, including traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring and interpret dysrhythmias.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for neurosurgery patients.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary support teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Current RN license in Washington or Compact State.
• Minimum of 1 year of telemetry nursing experience.
• Certifications:
  
  ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS required.
• Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
• Ability to manage BiPAP/CPAP and chest tubes.
