As an RN on our Skilled Nursing Rehab team, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' physical and emotional well-being while ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate individual care plans to ensure goals are being achieved.
• Assist with medication management, including storage, reordering, and administration.
• Administer medications, PRN treatments when needed, and observe residents for effectiveness and potential side effects.
• Assess and respond to physical health concerns, making referrals for emergency medical care as needed, with correspondence to the medical provider.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, healthcare providers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with state WAC requirements and facility policies and procedures.
• Support and monitor staff compliance with regulatory and facility standards.
• Complete charting, correspondence, and other required documentation accurately and timely.
• Perform chart reviews, medication returns/destructions, glucometer checks, and maintain refrigerator temperature
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Nursing degree from an accredited program
• An active RN license in Washington State or Multistate License
• Current CPR certificate (facility can provide)

Equivalent experience is not accepted in place of required education.
