Student Nursing Assistant
Student Nursing Assistant is a student currently enrolled in a Providence Nursing Assistant Training program. Functions under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager or designee and within the scope of practice determined appropriate based on the student's skills. Responsibilities include close continuous observation to maintain patient safety, comfort, and a safe patient care environment; performing basic patient care tasks delegated by the RN or manager;
documenting all patient observation and care activities; and performing non-direct patient care duties as assigned.
- Within 30 days of hire:
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association - Must complete at least two months of successful employment and be in good standing to be accepted into the NAC Training Program
