RN – Renal Medicine – Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center Hospital, Spokane, WA

Providence is offering up to $15,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires who meet all conditions for payment.

We are seeking registered nurses to provide patient-focused, whole‑person care in our Renal Medicine unit. Your role will involve delivering specialized training to provide world‑class health with human connection and make a difference every day through extraordinary care.

• Deliver renal‑medicine nursing care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Apply evidence‑based practice and critical thinking to patient care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about renal disease and self‑management.
• Utilize electronic health record system to document patient care.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.
• Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• 1 year acute‑care experience with a similar patient population or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility.

Base pay range: $43.85 - $84.43 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for shift differentials, on‑call duties, overtime, and bonuses.
