Role Overview
The Quality Program Manager RN oversees clinical quality and safety activities related to patient care and employee safety. This role focuses on standardizing workflows, processes, protocols, and policies within the clinics and organization to implement best practice standards and improve care. The manager works with leadership to support accountability, promote success, and serves as a resource regarding clinical issues, regulatory matters, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance; driving may be required
- 3 years of direct patient care as an RN
- 2 years of leadership, education, or quality and safety experience (in addition to direct patient care)
- Master's Degree in Nursing or health care administration
- Ambulatory nursing experience
- Experience with Epic EMR
