Requirements:
Minimum 1 year RN experience required Compact state RN license must be in hand at submission Required clinical experience:
Acute/high-risk Labor & Delivery, Antepartum care, pre-eclampsia, diabetes in pregnancy, multiples, VBAC/TOLAC, induction/augmentation, active management of labor, maternal emergencies Two references covering 1 year within the last 3 years (can include Charge RNs/Leads)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide high-risk labor and delivery management to ensure safe and effective care for patients Conduct inductions and augmentations in accordance with established protocols Respond to fetal and maternal emergencies swiftly and competently Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive antepartum management Educate patients on maternal health topics, including VBAC/TOLAC and the management of complications like pre-eclampsia and diabetes in pregnancy
Compliance / Notes:
Reduced Non-Billable Orientation (0 hours); pre-start modules average ~16 hours (non-billable) Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day) No direct outreach to facility contacts unless coordinated by recruiter/account manager Additional compliance/documentation will be requested during onboarding
