We are seeking a staff Registered Nurse to join our emergency department team at Multi Care Deaconess Hospital. This role offers the opportunity to deliver high‑quality patient care in a multidisciplinary environment, with a focus on professional growth and collaboration.

• Shift: Night
• Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, alternating weekends

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating care on an ongoing basis.
• Apply nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience, and cost efficiency.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff, and the healthcare team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care, respecting patients’ autonomy, dignity, and diverse backgrounds.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing within five (5) years of hire; internal candidates with 15+ years of service or hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered.
• Advanced degree (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or multistate endorsement (MLS).
• Active BLS certification required.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification as required.
• Certification in a specialty area preferred.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting preferred.

The competitive pay range is $43.85–$80.58 USD, adjusted for skill set, experience, and certification. Compensation may reflect union contract steps if applicable.
