Role Overview
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides rapid, high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and triage patients
- Administer treatments
- Monitor vital signs
- Assist physicians
- Document care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and effective emergency response
- Requires at least one year of recent ER experience
- Valid RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications
- Preferred additional certifications such as TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, and others
- Critical thinking, strong communication
- Physical ability to assist with procedures
- Capacity to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism
