Clinic RN - Cardiology

Job Summary

The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing individual physical, emotional, and spiritual needs throughout the lifespan. The role facilitates care coordination using the nursing process to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate care and teaching needs through direct, telephonic, telehealth, or electronic encounters. The RN collaborates with the healthcare team, maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality health care.

Hiring Bonus: $3,500 for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment, in addition to the benefits and compensation package offered by Providence.

Provide comprehensive nursing care and care coordination in an ambulatory care setting, utilize the nursing process, collaborate with the healthcare team, maintain compliance with professional standards, and support clinicians to deliver quality care.

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Upon hire:
  Washington Registered Nurse license.
• Upon hire:
  National Provider BLS – American Heart Association certification.
• At least 18 months of professional nursing experience.

$37.41 – $58.08 per hour. The successful candidate’s placement within this range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
