Travel Nurse Source  is working with Adelphi Healthcare to find a qualified Other RN in Vancouver, Washington, 98660! Adelphi is seeking a registered nurse to provide nursing services for a facility in Clark County, WA. The ideal candidate will provide nursing services to patients in a public health setting. The nurse's responsibilities will include assessing patients' health needs, administering medication, and monitoring patient progress.

• Infectious disease outbreak investigation and response.
• Perform patient evaluation and triage procedures.
• Perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
• Provide maternal-child health case review and field visits.
• Perform evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records.
• Interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Accurately document in the record interventions and outcomes.
• Oversee and guide the work of other nursing and support staff.
• Effectively and respectfully work with persons from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
