Float Pool RN

Incredible Health is seeking a skilled Float Pool RN to support hospital partners across multiple inpatient units. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality bedside care, rapidly assess changing patient conditions, and step into diverse clinical settings where you’re needed most. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, use data-driven tools and EHR systems, and adapt quickly to new workflows while maintaining safety, quality, and compassion.

• Deliver safe, high-quality bedside care across multiple inpatient units as assigned
• Rapidly assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per provider orders and protocols
• Document assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the EHR
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions
• Adhere to infection prevention, safety, and hospital quality standards
• Adapt quickly to new units, workflows, and patient populations as staffing needs change
