We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary team, providing quality patient care to support patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being.
Responsibilities- evaluating patient needs through ongoing assessments
- revising care plans based on patient condition changes
- offering clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs
- nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s)
- an active RN license in good standing
- preferably one year of skilled nursing experience
- excellent customer service
- good judgment
- effective communication
- team collaboration
- CPR certification is required upon hire and must be maintained during employment
- implementing departmental policies
- fostering positive patient interactions
- functioning effectively within a multidisciplinary team
