Incredible Health seeks an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a fast-paced ED setting. You8ll perform rapid triage, stabilize high-acuity patients, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. - Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to emergency department patients across all acuity levels
- Perform rapid triage, ongoing assessment, and stabilization of critically ill or injured patients
- Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per physician orders and ED protocols
- Operate and monitor ED equipment (cardiac monitors, defibrillators, IV pumps) ensuring accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records and comply with all regulatory, safety, and infection-control standards
- Participate in quality improvement, code response, and clinical initiatives to improve patient outcomes
- Emergency patient assessment and triage
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- Advanced life support and code response
- Wound care and trauma stabilization
- Electronic health record (EHR) documentation
- Infection prevention and control
- ED workflow and patient throughput management
- Pain management and sedation monitoring
