Labor And Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care for patients during labor and delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in acute care, including high-risk labor and delivery, antepartum care, and management of maternal emergencies.

• Provide nursing care to laboring patients, including active management of labor, induction, and augmentation.
• Monitor maternal and fetal well-being, recognizing and responding to abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.
• Assist with high-risk deliveries, including C-sections and VBAC/TOLAC management.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including IV therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.
• Educate patients and families regarding patient care and postpartum needs.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using the Epic charting system.

• RN License valid in WA or Compact state.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate.
• Experience with charting systems, particularly Epic.
• Ability to manage multiple patients safely with a typical ratio of 1:2 for labor and 1:3 for antepartum care.
