Do You Live Near Port Orchard? If Not, This One's Not for You.

• You can reliably commute to Port Orchard
• You're 25+ years old with a valid driver's license and safe driving record (you'll be driving an ADA-accessible van)
• You have caregiving or related experience (preferred – not required!)
• You have experience with Hoyer lifts and high‑acuity, complex‑care, or physically disabled clients
• You hold a current CNA or HCA certification (not required; we offer training + tuition help)
• You're detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently while following care instructions and routines closely
• You're reliable, punctual, and dependable
• You work well with family members and nursing staff as part of the care team

• Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
