This RNFA role is responsible for first assisting on surgical procedures and coordinating all aspects of such.
This includes coordinating scheduling, education of clinical staff, ensuring availability and care of instruments and equipment, and participating in research efforts. The RNFA is directly supervised by the surgeon and performs functions specifically identified and consistent with training received.
