Registered Nurse – NICU

Must commit to working 3 of 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, NYE, New Year's Day)

Compact license must be in hand at submission

Certifications:

BLS, NRP Years of experience: 2 years EMR:
Experience with Epic required Unit-specific skills:
Ventilator support/management knowledge, UAC/UVC care, phototherapy, neonatal resuscitation, neonatal dosage calculations

Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in the NICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing necessary interventions. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate families regarding newborn care and health management. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff training as needed.
