We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team.
In this role, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being aligns with all regulations and standards.
Your responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, and assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state
- Preferably, at least one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained at hire or during orientation, and maintained throughout employment)
- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Deliver competent, compassionate care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
