Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and provide high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team. As an RN, you will evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments, develop and revise care plans, and deliver services to promote patients' physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being in compliance with laws and standards. You will also provide clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
QualificationsInclude
- Diploma or degree in nursing (associate's or bachelor's)
- Active RN license in applicable state
- Preferred: at least one year of skilled nursing experience
- CPR certification (obtained upon hire or during orientation) must remain current
- Implement departmental policies, goals, and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
- Utilize reasoning and good judgment in decision-making
- Communicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
