Role Overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) lead supports daily clinic operations, ensuring policy adherence while coaching and mentoring staff. Serves as a working team member, coordinating workflow, scheduling, and providing professional nursing care aligned with established standards. Assists providers and staff in patient care coordination and acts as a patient education resource. Functions as the primary liaison between patients and providers.
Qualifications & Skills- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Washington RN license and BLS certification from American Heart Association
- Experience in the relevant clinical area with ability to explain staff duties
1 year of clinical experience.
This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, competitive pay within the range of $42.09 - $65.35, and may include additional incentives such as shift differentials and bonuses.
