Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; PMHNP Washington State | Part-Time | One-Time Evaluations

We’re looking for a licensed PMHNP in Washington State to conduct one-time psychiatric and mental health evaluations as part of disability examinations.

This is a flexible 1099 opportunity designed for PMHNPs who want to supplement their existing practice without taking on an ongoing patient panel or traditional psychiatric caseload.

• Conduct comprehensive one-time mental health evaluations
• Review relevant medical and behavioral health records
• Assess psychiatric symptoms and functional limitations
• Document objective clinical findings
• Complete a structured evaluation report following the examination
