• Physician Support:Following the physician during patient visits, collecting medical history, and assisting with clinical procedures.
• Patient Intake:Weighing and measuring children, tracking growth charts, obtaining vital signs, administering childhood vaccines and performing POC tests.
• Staff Resource:Serving as the go-to clinical expert for floor nurses, answering practice questions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Team Training:Onboarding new clinic staff, teaching office protocols, and explaining clinical workflows.
• Inventory Control:Ordering vaccines, managing medical supplies, and monitoring refrigerator temperature logs.

• License:Active Registered Nurse (RN) in Connecticut.

• Leadership:Experience managing clinical lab operations.
• Experience:Strong background in pediatric nursing and experience leading or mentoring other nurses. Experience with State Vaccine Programs (like VFC) and staff training.
• Traits:Gentle bedside manner with children, enjoys overseeing operations, has an approachable mentoring style, and shows excellent clinical judgment.
