Our Pruners work on a landscape crew maintaining trees, shrubs, hedges, and turf areas. You are responsible for trimming shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth or to remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs using shears, pruners, or gas-powered hedge trimmers. Ornamental Pruners use a wide range of hand tools and landscape maintenance equipment. You will demonstrate high levels of safety during all jobs and adhere to safety standards / precautions.

Ornamental Pruners display strong communication skills when providing customers with information while working with them on-site. Our customers feel comfortable and informed when you meet with them.

$18.00 - 22.00 per hour. The starting wage is determined based on relevant experience. This is an hourly, non-exempt position.

• Possess a valid driver’s license and have a history of safe driving
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)
