Team Member - Landscaping​/Grounds Care

We are currently mid-season and do not have any open positions; however, we are interested in having a conversation with candidates who have professional experience in grounds care and landscaping.

• Front-Line Employee –
• • You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be a front-line employee who provides exceptional care.
  • The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other lawn care duties when not focused on landscaping work.
  • You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
  • You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

  Might sound basic, but it’s critical for the team lead to set the example in attendance for the rest of the team.

  You’ll ensure quality control to make sure it’s rare to ever need to go back to redo a job.
• Customer Retention:
  Building great relationships with each customer and ensuring that they receive exceptional service will keep them coming back.
• Full Utilization of Software & Processes:
  This helps make all the above possible.

• Prior experience (minimum 1 year of experience) in the landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries.
• You will need to know how to safely operate and complete preventative maintenance on the usual landscaping and lawn care equipment.
• If you don’t already have them, you must be willing to complete training to get all required certifications and licenses within 6 months, if required.
• Clean driving history with experience driving a trailer.
