Job Description

Well Care Animal Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate veterinarian to join our privately owned clinic, offering personalized patient care in a supportive, independent practice setting . We are a reputable veterinary clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care to our animal patients and exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations on Canine and Feline patients.
  • Diagnose and treat medical conditions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Interpret diagnostic tests such as bloodwork, radiographs, and ultrasounds.
  • Develop treatment plans and communicate them effectively to clients.
  • Educate clients on preventative care and wellness strategies for their pets.
  • Collaborate with other veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Washington State
  • Minimum of 1+ years of clinical experience, with proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery preferred.
  • New veterinary graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong surgical skills and proficiency in dental procedures are a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current on advancements in veterinary medicine.
  • Compassion and empathy for both animals and their owners.
