We're looking for a detail-driven Product Quality & Fulfillment Lead to oversee final inspections, quality control, and order fulfillment at our Spokane Valley facility. You'll guide a small team, keep our products meeting the standards we're known for, and help daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Leading, training, and supporting members of your team
• Performing and overseeing final quality inspections
• Verifying order accuracy, labeling, and inventory counts
• Keeping tabs on productivity and daily workflow
• Coordinating outgoing shipments and delivery readiness
• Completing reports and keeping communication clear across the team
• Maintaining a clean, organized workspace

• 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Leadership experience preferred
• Washington State Food Worker Card required

• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a production environment
