Our Client is seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to oversee residential real estate transactions from escrow opening through closing. This individual will be responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the transaction, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple transactions while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.

• Manage the complete escrow process from opening through successful closing.

• Prepare, review, and process escrow and closing documents with accuracy.

• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate timely closings.

• Verify title commitments, escrow instructions, and settlement documentation.

• Balance escrow accounts and accurately disburse funds upon closing.

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.

• Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues efficiently before settlement.

• Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation throughout the closing process.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and business partners regarding transaction status and requirements.

• Deliver outstanding customer service while ensuring a smooth and positive closing experience.

• Experience managing residential escrow transactions from opening through closing.

• Strong knowledge of escrow operations, closings, and settlement procedures.

• Experience with document authentication, notarization, and closing documentation.

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Familiarity with residential real estate transactions, title procedures, and industry regulations.

• State escrow and/or Notary Public license (or the ability to obtain one) is preferred.

• Ability to interpret purchase agreements, escrow instructions, and settlement statements.

• Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency with title and escrow software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office productivity tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience as an Escrow Officer, Escrow Assistant, or in a related title or real estate role is highly preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
