Clean restaurant equipment including dishes, pans, storage containers, and prep materials using a 3 compartment sink;
Cut potatoes and assist with morning prep;
Bring prepped items up to the line;
Keep the back-of-house area clean and hazard-free;
Support other kitchen tasks as needed to maintain smooth restaurant operation
