As a Barista / Cupcake Concierge, you’ll be the face of Sweet Frostings, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

• Crafting delicious coffee beverages with care and precision.
• Assisting customers in selecting from our delightful array of cupcakes and baked goods.
• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar and bakery display.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive atmosphere.

We’re seeking someone who loves coffee, cupcakes, and connecting with people! While barista experience is preferred, it’s not a deal breaker—we value a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn. Here’s what will help you shine in this role:
