Ramstead Ranch, located in Ione, Washington, uses regenerative practices to produce grassfed and pasture raised meats that we sell to our customers in the Pacific Northwest region and beyond.

Packaging accurate orders:

• Fulfill customer orders with frozen meat according to packing instructions.
• Ensure accuracy of identified products, quantities, and weights.
• Pack orders well labeled and organized for the next step of distribution (Fed Ex, local pickup, or on‑farm pickup) to be seamless and error free.
• Pre‑pack standard discount bundles ahead of time to make fulfillment day easy.

Prep and ship orders in a neat and timely manner:

• Pack frozen items and dry ice into boxes for shipment.
• Include marketing items, customer notes, and additional information as needed.
• As assigned, count and weigh products and load information into digital database.
• As assigned, count and report supply inventory.

Delivery & Distribution:

• Deliver frozen products to Ramstead storage unit, wholesale customers, and local pickup customers.
• Keep orders organized and represent Ramstead Ranch in a professional manner when interacting with all partners and customers.
• Deliveries are pre‑scheduled and vary throughout the year. Beginning in May, deliveries happen every Monday and once‑a‑month on a Thursday.
• Fill out delivery manifests thoroughly and transmit information to appropriate Ramstead team member (via cell phone, for example).
• Pick up frozen meat from butchers and/or warehouses and deliver it to the ranch or storage facility. Pickups are pre‑scheduled and happen 1‑2 times per week during the summer (April‑September), and 1‑2 times per month throughout the rest of the year. Ramstead has several pickup drivers to help cover the schedule.
• When picking up frozen meat you may be lifting 60+ lb boxes. You may also be responsible for strapping and securing pallets of frozen product.
• Keep vehicles clean and tidy.

Fill‑in and Cover for team members:

• Step in and cover for other team members when they are scheduled for vacation or out sick.
