We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and career-driven Store Lead to support daily store operations, drive team performance, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is ideal for a natural leader who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and is eager to grow into higher levels of leadership.

The Store Lead plays an essential role in maintaining store standards, coaching and motivating team members, and supporting sales goals while fostering a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment. We’re looking for a self-starter with a strong work ethic, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to set the tone through attitude, effort, and professionalism.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Previous retail experience required; leadership or key holder experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and hold team members accountable
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily job duties
Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
  • Lead the sales floor by providing outstanding customer service and modeling best practices
  • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Help drive store sales goals and performance metrics
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
  • Open and close the store as needed, including cash handling and deposit procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocking, and support loss prevention efforts
  • Address customer concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all team members

Work Hours: 40 hours per week, including weekends

Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
