Lead in-store operations to ensure brand standards and deliver exceptional customer service.;
Hire, onboard, and train teammates; conduct interviews and cross-train staff.;
Plan and organize 30-days-out workforce, assign daily tasks, and coordinate store events.;
Maintain merchandising standards including floor sets, signage, pricing, inventory presentation, and replenishment.;
Coach and develop teammates; foster an inclusive, safe work environment; ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
