This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Spokane, WA, for a Retail & Logistics Associate / U‑Haul Fleet Management position at Cheaper By The Minute. The associate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring smooth logistics operations, assisting customers with advice and support, handling packaging processes, and providing excellent customer service. The role includes working hands‑on to ensure smooth operations and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Proficiency in Inventory Control and Inventory Management to ensure accurate tracking and organization
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication for effective customer interactions and support
• Experience with Packing and warehouse/logistics operations to assist in packaging processes
• Ability to collaborate with team members, adapt to on‑site operations, and troubleshoot logistical challenges
• Experience in retail or fleet management roles is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Reliability, organizational skills, and a positive work ethic are essential
