Part-Time Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Part‑Time Retail Store Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is positive, team-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
• Basic math and problem‑solving skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction

• Greet customers promptly and provide a welcoming, helpful shopping experience
• Assist customers with product selection, questions, and completing purchases
• Operate the register and handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
• Restock merchandise and assist with inventory tasks, including moving and organizing products
• Support promotional events and sales initiatives
• Work collaboratively with team members and management to support daily operations
• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lift, move, and organize merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
• Bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks regularly
