ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Key Holder, better known as a “Floor Leader,” you will assume an essential Retail Leadership Role, contributing to store operations and mentoring your team to deliver exceptional customer service. In this entry‑level management position you will oversee daily operations, support sales goals, and help maintain the store’s premium shopping environment.

Compensation starts at $18.75 per hour, with a range up to $19.89. • Engage customers, delivering expert product advice and ensuring a satisfying shopping experience.
• Supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, security protocols, and operational standards.
• Mentor and support team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Drive store and individual sales targets by implementing effective selling techniques and promoting key products.
• Execute merchandising plans, restock inventory, and maintain store cleanliness to enhance the shopping environment.
• Oversee inventory routines and collaborate with store management to address operational needs.
• Identify and resolve in‑store challenges proactively to ensure a smooth customer experience.

• Work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Apply strong problem‑solving skills to resolve in‑store issues.
• Be highly organized to manage inventory, staffing, and other operational tasks.
• Foster a respectful, safe, and engaging environment for store employees.
• Comfortably mentor team members while communicating with all levels of the team.
• Act with confidentiality and urgency.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years at the time of application.
