Job Title: Retail Associate – Inventory (Part Time)

Starting Wage: $18.00 - $23.00 (plus productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00)

• Count and record inventory with precision using handheld scanners.
• Follow a consistent workflow and meet daily performance goals.
• Move between inventory locations, standing or walking for extended periods.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners or count tools.
• Strong focus, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• No degree required; open to candidates with no experience, returning to workforce, military experience, or reliable transportation.

Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, squatting, kneeling, crouching, use of ladder, lifting up to 25 lbs, occasional travel by car and plane with overnight stays.
