Fast-Paced Deli Kitchen Prep Clerk

Rosauers Supermarkets, our production team is where quality ingredients meet great teamwork. As a Central Kitchen Production Clerk, you’ll help prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and specialty items that are distributed to all our in-town store locations. This role is hands‑on and fast‑paced, perfect for someone who takes pride in consistent quality and enjoys being part of a hardworking, supportive team.

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other deli items for storewide distribution
• Receive, unload, organize, and stock incoming deliveries of products and supplies
• Follow established procedures to label, track, and stock items properly.
• Operate deli equipment including knives, slicers, ovens, and steamers safely and effectively
• Update displays, cases and other customer‑facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
• Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
