Role OverviewWhat does a Merchandiser do at Swire Coca-Cola? Ensure all Swire Coca‑Cola customer locations are properly stocked and rotated according to company standards and expectations. Guarantee customer satisfaction by maintaining back rooms, beverage sections, displays, coolers, and all points of availability throughout the store. Develop and preserve internal and external customer relationships while representing Swire Coca‑Cola.
Job DetailsSchedule:
Five 8‑hour shifts per week (overtime and weekend work required). Pay: $19.05–$23.81 per hour.
- Utilize technology and applications as required throughout the day.
- Clean and organize shelves and aisles daily with customer‑cleaning equipment to provide a safe environment.
- Restock coolers, displays, racks, and shelves daily, ensuring labels face outward for easy identification.
- Rotate products to maintain quality using a first‑in, first‑out stocking system.
- Build displays and promotional items throughout the assigned store by moving, stacking, and building products per supervisor instructions.
- Maintain and organize back rooms/back‑stock areas safely and accessibly; prepare unfit product for return daily.
- Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events as assigned.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license required; driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy.
- Ability to use a reliable vehicle to travel to assigned stores; maintain business‑use vehicle insurance (you are not responsible for transporting our products).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
