Overview
As a Retail Coverage Merchandiser II Walmart at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands including Tyson stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your merchandising activities connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

- Work extensively within the refrigerated section of Walmart locations.
- Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need; routinely lift up to 30 lbs.
- Front-face products to improve shelf appearance.
- Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and bring them to the store.
- Install and place promotional materials to ensure products stand out.
- Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
- Use Acosta’s field technology on the company-issued mobile device to complete tasks.
- Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
- Represent Acosta and client brands in assigned Walmart stores.
- Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
- Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone, and text.
- Own your store(s); be the face of Acosta and build relationships with Walmart staff.
- Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart team.
- Communicate effectively with store associates, store managers, and Acosta teammates.
- Share best practices with our nationwide Walmart team through various channels.
- Ask your direct manager for help with challenges in-store.
- Complete work within the provided timeframe.
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy on the first pass.
- Provide accurate data and photos by following given instructions.
- Report your work the same day you complete it.
- Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations in your area.
