• Welcome all customers and set expectations with them.
• Custom‑fit glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen.
• Take and record measurements, accurately adjust/fit eyewear with attention to detail, ensuring finished eyewear meets standards and customer needs.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately and thoroughly despite time pressure and customer volume, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge and using appropriate tools.
• Proactively explore root causes of issues, think forward, ensure customers are satisfied and expectations exceeded, and drive solutions.
• Multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time with competing priorities.
• Strive to achieve exceptional results on brand KPIs and competencies.
• Take pride in store appearance, help keep the store clean, attractive, and organized.
• Inform management of safety opportunities and demonstrate safe work practices.
• Be resourceful and self‑motivated with a desire for continual learning, improvement, and results.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including discounts, promotions, and inventory management.

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• State licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.
• Strong customer service skills: communicator, listener, and team builder.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Awareness of current fashion trends.
• Selling skills – ability to use and carry an iPad/tablet.
• Familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
• Embrace new technology and change.

Pay Range: 21.89 – 34.14

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, a competitive bonus and/or commission plan may complement a first‑class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
