• Welcome and greet customers, providing a superior customer service experience through demonstrated product knowledge and effective communication.
• Continually learn about products to provide accurate information about features, pricing, and return policies; answer customer questions, recommend products and address concerns or issues.
• Educate and enroll customers into our rewards program.
• Use the point-of-sale system to capture inventory sold and discounts applied; process merchandise returns per company policies.
• Participate in stocking and inventorying products and supplies.
• Maintain store cleanliness to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Actively engage in marketing initiatives, including signage displays, waving, distributing coupons, flyers, pamphlets, and informing customers of promotional offers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and/or required.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience and/or usage of vapor products preferred.

• Quick learning of product information and effective communication of features and benefits.
• Superior communication skills to listen to customers’ needs, recommend appropriate products, and address questions and concerns.
• Ability to work as part of a team with a desire to grow and improve performance through feedback and coaching.

• Good vision for reading print and electronic information.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for up to 100% of the workday.
• Occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, climbing, reaching, and stooping.
• Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 20 pounds.
